This cosy and stylishly decorated cottage is perfectly situated with stunning views of the beautiful fishing lake at Mill Farm.

With parking on the driveway next to Otter Cottage, access is easy and just three decked steps lead to the front door. Once inside, the accommodation is all on one level and you are greeted with a spacious, tiled lobby area ideal for coats and shoes.

Bedroom two is accessed from this lobby and it is beautifully decorated with a fitted carpet and two single beds. Also accessed from the lobby is a hallway and this in turn leads to the lounge-diner.

A dining table with four chairs is situated next to a large picture window which looks out across the beautiful private lake. 

The lounge area has two, plush two seater  sofas and a Smart TV for entertainment.

From the living area and through an archway you enter the kitchen. This is fully equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, a microwave oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine.

There is also a shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room adjacent to Otter Cottage.

Access to the garden is via a fully glazed door in the kitchen.

Outside the fenced, lakeside garden is safe for children and dogs and there is a decked area with a wooden picnic table and seating, plus deck chairs. As well as an area of lawn.

There is also a charcoal BBQ for use

on the lawn.

Returning inside and to the hallway, a door leads into a spacious bathroom, featuring a bath, (with shower over), WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The quirky layout in Otter Cottage means that bedroom one is accessed via this bathroom. Bedroom one has been beautifully decorated with a quality, comfortable king-size bed and it is also fully carpeted.

As well as your luxury accommodation you are also welcome to use the grounds at Mill Farm and that includes fishing  in the well-stocked, private lake.

(Fishing is exclusively for guests. You are required to have a current rod licence and you will need to bring your own equipment).
