Hello and welcome to our website. I'm Gill and my husband Neil and I are the proud owners of Mill Farm.

Having spent most of our lives in Sussex, we had always hankered for a more rural life and in January 2020 we made our long awaited move to the Southwest…So began our adventures in Devon!
We couldn’t believe our luck when we found Mill Farm, the lake and grounds were stunning, although needing attention…And the holiday accommodation was crying out for modernisation.
It took an awful lot of hard work and by March we were also in Lockdown, which meant difficulties getting any help, or materials to create what you see today.
Thankfully, by July 2020, although utterly exhausted, we were ready for our first guests!

Looking back, we’re incredibly proud of all we have achieved and we have a completely new life to the one we had in Sussex.
We enjoy sharing all that Mill Farm has to offer with our guests and we love hearing about how much they’ve enjoyed their stays with us.
We live on site and although we take care not to intrude on our guests privacy, the complimentary Alpaca Experience we offer is always a great opportunity to meet for a chat, and we have met so many lovely people over the years.
It’s very satisfying when guests tell us how totally relaxed they feel at Mill Farm…In fact it’s the best compliment we could hope for!
